We currently ship within theUnited Statesonly. International orders are not available at this time.

Here's an overview of our Custom Design Process:
1. Initial contact with your design concepts.
2. We'll create a digital mock-up using Illustrator and present it for your approval.
3. Upon approval, we'll craft an unfinished prototype for your review.
4. Once everything meets your satisfaction, we'll commence production and, upon completion, promptly ship your customized item.

- Payment is required upfront before commencing any design work.
- Custom order pricing varies based on size and complexity, and we'll discuss this with you beforehand to ensure transparency about the total cost.

Can I customize something already on your website?
Absolutely! If you see something you like and want a custom twist (name, photo, color change, etc.), just reach out via ourContactpage or email us.
Can my custom design be truly one of a kind?
Absolutely! We adore creating unique pieces. While we may reproduce custom items to share the beauty, if your creation holds personal significance, is one-of-a-kind, or is tied to your life in a special way, we honor and respect your wish for exclusivity. Your secrets are safe with us; we'd never spoil a surprise or diminish the uniqueness of something special in your life.
There was a piece that is now sold out! Can I still buy it?
Yes! If something you loved has sold out, we may be able to recreate it. Reach out with the product photo or name and we’ll help.
When will my order ship?
Most items ship within 3–7 business days Custom and photo items may take a little longer — we’ll let you know at checkout.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on item type and current order volume.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Absolutely! Every order is packaged with care, making it ready for gifting or as a treat for yourself. Every order will come in a beautiful organza bag along with our business information. We do not include packaging receipts or pricing in our shipments so feel free to directly send to your recipient and rest assured that they will not see pricing or order details.

What material do you use?
We use quality materials including wood, acrylic, and metal components designed to last. Earring posts are hypoallergenic stainless steel.
What if the earrings make my ears hurt?
Comfort is crucial. If our earrings cause any discomfort, we recommend discontinuing use and reaching out to us at EtchyDesignsNOLA@gmail.com. We'll assist you in finding a solution, whether it be an exchange or return.

As a lifelong resident of New Orleans, my designs draw inspiration from the city's iconic symbols and vibrant culture that hold a special place in my heart. While navigating the streets and immersing myself in local events, ideas spontaneously come to life in my mind. The creative process is unpredictable, with concepts emerging seemingly out of nowhere. I enthusiastically transform these ideas into tangible designs, hoping you'll appreciate the unique charm each creation embodies.
The majority of designs undergo a meticulous trial-and-error process using Adobe Illustrator and a laser cutter. Given that not all items look great when etched, we produce numerous prototypes, embracing the journey of failures until we discover the one we truly adore.
